What is the Jumble Ledger?

The Jumble Ledger is at the core of the Jumble app. Every personal Khata you create is an independent digital ledger — a running record of credits and debits between you and one other person or entity. Unlike a paper notebook that can be torn, lost, or misread, the Jumble Ledger is:

• Always calculated correctly — no arithmetic errors, ever.
• Cloud-synced via Firebase — accessible on your phone and browser.
• Exportable as PDF — for physical record-keeping or sharing.
• Private by default — protected with biometric App Lock.

How the Jumble Ledger Works

1. Create a new Khata (ledger) and give it a name — a person, a shop, a client.
2. Add transactions: tap "You gave" or "You received" and enter the amount.
3. Jumble instantly calculates the running balance — you always see the net amount.
4. View the full transaction history or export it as a PDF anytime.
