Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Jumble, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Jumble is a personal financial ledger application for recording credit and debit transactions between informal contacts. It is intended for personal record-keeping and convenience ONLY.

Non-Official & Non-Legal Use

Jumble is NOT a professional accounting, auditing, or legal software. You MUST NOT use this App for any official, legal, tax, or commercial purposes that require certified records. The App's records are for informal reference only and carry no legal weight or official standing.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Enter false or misleading transaction data to deceive others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Shared Khata Feature

When you create a Shared Khata, both you and the other user can view and add transactions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Jumble does not mediate or verify financial disputes between users.

Data Accuracy & User Responsibility

Jumble is an informal record-keeping tool. It does not verify the accuracy of transactions or identities. You are solely responsible for all entries, calculations, and outcomes. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

Interruptions & Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumble and its developer (Soban Rafiq) shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but NOT limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Under no circumstances will the developer be responsible for your financial decisions, disputes with others, or any legal consequences arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer (Soban Rafiq) from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
